It feels like the playoffs should be tomorrow, but we still got 2 regular season games to go.

This is going to be great! Bring on the Raps, they think they match up well against us compared to Detroit? Well no S**t! Magic in 6. I could see their guards getting the upper hand enough to get them 2 wins, but that's it.

I got two tickets this morning to the first game!!

Good news is that much of the tickets are ALREADY sold out without even having the times and dates set yet. It was tough finding good seats for the price we wanted because they are going fast. Yes.gif

They said that the times and dates are still being worked out by the NBA but we should know it all this week (most likely).

ESPN probably. All the games are on ESPN or ABC (IIRC).

And the lady at the RDV said the game will be either Sunday or it could be Monday. But it's most likely Sunday. But the time of the game? I have no idea.

I looked ahead on the DirecTV Guide and for Sunday it lists a 3:00pm Game on ABC and then 5:30pm, 8:00pm, 10:30pm on TNT.

According to the Magic Playoff Page, we will find out the COMPLETE 1st Round Schedule on Thursday

Well there is also games on ESPN then... On the ESPN program guide there is a spot for NBA Playoffs at 3 P.M. so the game could possibly be on at that time.

So it could be on any of those three channels then, and who knows the time.. Were just lost until they come out with the schedule.

Really? My guide shows Nascar on Sunday at 3:00pm. For me ESPN is showing games on Saturday with ABC. Sunday seems to be ABC & TNT

Yeah I went to the online program guide and looked for April 20 and it lists a spot for "GMC NBA Countdown" before the game then "NBA Playoffs" at 3 PM.

But I'm just as confused so who knows really, lol.

Man I can't wait, it's going to be off the hook at Amway Arena.

MAYBE Bosh will come in high and completely have to miss the game!
but that wouldn't be nearly as fun as having the *HO(ward)* smack the ball back into is skinny, no muscle body.
Magic in 4. Lets sweeps these f*gs,

*Incredibly retarded. Raps fans suck at being wity.

Hell yeah, let's wipe the floor with them. And man I hope Dwight destroys the s**t out of Bosh.

Honestly, we win in 6. Bosh will have some good games and Calderon/Ford will blow up but we have Turkoglu, Lewis, Dwight, and an X-Factor that will step up and play good.

RealGM's Matt McCready picks Toronto in 6 games.

QUOTE
The Orlando Magic vs The Toronto Raptors

Two young teams each led by one of the two best young big men in the league collide in a match-up that could go either way.

Beginning when Chris Bosh went down with an injury, Rasho Nesterovic of all people has become maybe the second best player on this Raptors team. He's showcased sublime talents with the Slovenian national team for years and in the last few weeks, those talents have finally been on display in the NBA. There have been occasions where he has looked good guarding Dwight Howard, but don't be surprised if Superman treats him like a poor man's Lois Lane all series.

Regardless, this doesn't look like a good series for the Magic. Chris Bosh and Dwight Howard almost negate one another so I'll look at the rest of the rest of the lineup. The Raptors tend to have success against teams with questionable point guard play and there are few teams in this year's playoffs with a shakier point situation than Orlando. TJ Ford and Jose Calderon are a definite upgrade over Jameer Nelson and Carlos Arroyo. While Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis can really shoot the basketball, the Raptors are among the best shooting teams in the league. Meanwhile, the Raptors tend to struggle against physical teams and outside of Howard, I wouldn't call anyone on this team too physical.

I've bashed them a lot lately but I like this matchup.

Raptors in 6
