rafer needs to get more minutes, it threw off his rhythm and jameer did not play good at all in the 2nd half. it needs to be set that jameer gets the same minutes AJ was getting and rafer is getting the bulk of the minutes, this split minute stuff isnt gonna work

Putting Jameer as a bench player with more minutes needs to be reduced if he can't do the job right. I understand that the players are not custom to this Finals atmosphere, but this needs to be changed now!

i'd thought i'd never associate ray allen and kobe bryant with the combination of jj redick and defense, but I am. Give JJ more minutes..heck lee couldn't do a damn thing against kobe.

good to know that we lost as a team..no one brought anything tonight. sunday will be a different day.

I'm with MM on this one - not much you can say about that.

But on a side note, I'm truly convinced that the only player in the NBA softer than Pao Gasol is, unfortunately, Rashard Lewis.

Actually, I thought Gortat played well with a lot of energy. Too bad it didn't rub off on the rest of the team. *sigh*

Obviously, but we had 50 in the final 3/4 of the game. Offense was the bigger problem, no doubt. Now going forward, we have to worry about the defense because we just can't shoot that bad again.

Yeah they just caught us on an off night. Those open looks fall and it could be a different ball game. I know you cant do anything about that now and really there's no way of telling wether the out come would've been different, but I know we wouldn't have lost by as many.

SVG should double team Kobe in the post and make the other guys beat us IMO. LA has some talented players unlike CLE who you could let LBJ do what he wants and keep the other players in check. Odom is a difficult match up for Lew and/or Hedo depending on what position he's playing, and Pau can post on LEw all game. He should also play Jameer less minutes. Dont try to fix whats not broke SVG!!!

Regardless, I think the team bounces back well from losses and we can steal on in LA.

14 years and still this is the mess Shaq left us with. I think that the team knows it won't take another sweep as their fate.

I hope not because yesterday I had a nightmare: Orlando was swept by the Lakers.

SUN is doing a postgame? That's cool, I don't get why they have the Lakers guys doing it with them, seems silly. I only watch the postgame stuff if we win anyway, I can't stomach it after a loss. I'll just check the net for quotes or anything interesting the day after a loss.

its cause fsn/sun are under the same company so its prob cheaper to have both teams merged into one telecast than each team doing their own

The most uneventful Finals game I've ever seen. Hope Sunday will be better.

Well the Insider Presale ended up being a joke. There was absolutely nothing available for any game.

How nice was is to have a well officiated game though? Hopefully that will continue.

It was very nice.... although it proves even more that the league wanted the Kobe-Lebron thing to happen badly. Mad.gif
